This is working well! I have some suggestions for alterations which I hope could improve the over look.
1. Don't be scared to have the images disappear off the edge of the page. This could work better for the images on the right hand page and add to the scattered effect.
2. Try dividing your text into 2 columns to break it up a little.
3. Add captions or short key texts to draw attention to different parts of the pages.
